RETURN POLICY

Single Image downloads
There is NO refund for images purchased and downloaded. If the image was damaged during transfer you will be able to re-download it from your Account page.

10-pack and 25-Pack Downloads
There is NO refund for Image Packs that have been downloaded. If the Image Collection was damaged during transfer you will be able to re-download it from your Account page. If one of the images is damaged in the transfer process, we will send you that image by email to avoid you having to re-download the entire Collection.

50-Image Discs
Only UNOPENED Image Discs will be refunded or exchanged. In both cases the shipping cost will be your responsibility. Only when we receive the UNOPENED disc will a refund or exchange take place. Note: the security seal on the disk packaging must be intact, in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions.

Color Prints, Calendars and Mouse Pads
If you are not satisfied with a Color Print, Calendar or Mouse Pad, we will refund 100% of your order upon its return to us in the condition that it was received. You must contact us prior to any return and we will give you specific return instructions.
